Cooler fluids last longer

Hydraulic fluids formulated with DYNAVIS® resist overheating, thereby preserving the fluid and extending its service life. In addition, the DYNAVIS® technology ensures that a properly formulated hydraulic fluid will provide optimum viscosity at varying ambient temperatures, eliminating the need for seasonal fluid change-outs.

A hydraulic fluid subjected to less temperature stress suffers less wear and tear, contributing to a longer service life and substantially extending service intervals. A doubling of service life seems achievable with the use of DYNAVIS® formulated hydraulic fluid, and is currently being confirmed through various ongoing mining and injection molding performance demonstrations in the field. Extended service intervals mean fluid changes are less frequent, reducing downtime and maintenance, saving time and operating costs.
