Field Test
The performance claims made for DYNAVIS® formulated hydraulic fluids are based upon years of intensive R&D, and they are validated with rigorous field test methods – like those shown in the Euro Field Test video.

Preliminary DYNAVIS® Test Results
Initial test results reinforced the findings of laboratory studies as well as the earlier two North American field tests. The energy efficiency (average fuel consumption per work cycle) or productivity (work cycles per unit time) gains were substantial. In one 20-minute “active digging” cycle, when compared to operation using monograde, the excavator gained significant productivity when changed-out to a premium hydraulic fluid developed to DYNAVIS® technology standards. With comparable fuel consumption over the 20 minute test period, the excavator using highly shear stable multi-grade DYNAVIS® fluids, completed nearly 130 work cycles, while the excavator operating with monograde completed only 96 cycles, an impressive productivity gain of up to 35%. For the same test cycle, fuel consumption was reduced by 25% with Dynavis® technology.
